Job Summary 

For over 20 years, the CIS team of dedicated professionals has created and implemented
a wide variety of signage and graphics solutions.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in our Field Services Department.

Function/Responsibilities

Entering and Tracking department invoices
Processing department vendor bills
Monitoring through to completion a portion of Service Calls / Repairs
Maintaining the flow and documentation of vehicle repairs
Coordinating and documenting product returns of purchased Service Call components
Communication and relationship building with vendors and Outsourced Field Technicians
Locating materials for next day’s installations
Filling in for Department Manager when needed
Assistance with Department projects as requested

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to self-prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to work well under pressure of deadlines
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Preferred, but not required — experience in a Field Services environment
